It’s amazing how much of a racket a woodpecker can make. There was one that kept coming closer and closer until it was on a thick branch right above my head. I looked up to find it, and was amazed, as I always am, by how tiny it was. I would barely notice it if it wasn’t jack-hammering away.
It also looked nothing like Woody Woodpecker, which confuses me…
