There’s a big, old ash tree coming down across the road. It’s half-dead, and would likely fall on one of the surrounding houses at some point if it didn’t come down. I’ll still miss it. I can’t see the dead part from my porch swing, just the trunk and the lower branches. They’re what make the view from my back porch look a bit wild.
